C. Rail Road, and report to an adjourned meeting of the stockholders of this Company in regard to the feasibility of said propositions. Resolved, That when this meeting adjourn, it adjourn to meet in the city of Newbern, on the 15th day of January, 1881, for the purpose of considering the Report of the President and Directors of this Company on said propositions for lease of the A. & N.
