Petugas kesehatan dalam melayani masyarakat, juga akan terikat pada etika dan hukum kesehatan. Dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, perilaku petugas kesehatan harus tunduk pada etika profesi dan ketentuan hukum, peraturan maupun perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Buku ini berisi 13 (tiga belas) bab yang menjabarkan mengenai Etika dan Hukum Kesehatan Kebidanan.
