The CD-ROM also includes all relevant forms.The supplement, included in this set, brings the Main Volume up to date to 30 July 2002.The supplement deals with all relevant cases reported since publication of the 2002 edition. Cases concerning service, the new costs provisions and appeal procedures have been particularly significant, but all areas of civil practice have been affected.The supplement updates the legislative texts in the appendices to the 2002 edition. New Parts 64, 68, 69, 74 and 75 of the Civil Procedure Rules were published on 13 August and are included in the supplement. There are also many detailed amendments to the existing Parts, including new rules oninterim possession orders. The Supplement also provides the text of the new court guides for the Admiralty and Commercial Courts and the Patents Court.
