Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: O'God, hold me responsible for that which I say: Every dollar from the sale of this book goes to help God's poor and homeless creatures. Although there are many better biographies about the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him), they are not completely accurate. Who were the eyewitnesses to such events? Or did the authors purposely misled the readers to present a negative view of Islam and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). If you want an accurate history of Islam, read Ibn Kathir. He wrote over 48 books and over 60,000 pages. He lived in a time when people feared Allah far more and died in a righteous state. The Prophet (peace be upon him) was sent as a mercy NOT only to Mankind but to all the creations, and this includes all animals. His teachings further preserved the sanctity of animals and reinforced how people must honor and respect all of God's creation. Before you step on ant or harm a cat or dog, memorize the following Hadith: Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "An ant had bitten Prophet Uzair (peace be upon him), one of the Prophets sent to the Children of Israel. So he ordered that the colony of the ants be burnt. Then Allah revealed to him: "Because of an ant's bite you have burnt a community from amongst the communities which sings My Glory." When a writer, leader, or Imam purposely misleads his audience, that person will be held responsible in front of Allah for what an ignorant person does with such information. Take for example, the suicide bomber: he is ready to die, according to what? Allah has not given anyone the right to kill or to even kill oneself! Bukhari vol.5 book 59 no.515 p.364 and vol.5 book 59 no.518 p.376 tell of a Muslim warrior, who was wounded seriously, so he took some arrows out of his quiver and killed himself and went to Hell. Here is the quote: Bukhari vol.5 book 59 no.515 p.364. "Narrated Abu Huraira: We witnessed (the battle of) Khaibar. Allah's Prophet (peace be upon him) said about one of those who were with him and who claimed to be a Muslim, 'This (man) is from the dwellers of the Hell-Fire.' When the battle started, that fellow fought so violently and bravely that he received plenty of wounds. Some of the people were about to doubt ( the Prophet's statement ), but the man, feeling the pain of his wounds, put his hand into his quiver and took out of it, some arrows with which he slaughtered himself (i.e. committed suicide). Then some men amongst the Muslims came hurriedly and said, 'O Allah's Apostle! Allah has made your statement true; so-and-so has committed suicide.' The Prophet said, 'O so-and-so! Get up and make an announcement that none but a believer will enter Paradise and that Allah may support (this) religion with an unchaste (evil) wicked man.'"

Book excerpt: This book narrates the life of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, shedding light upon segments of his life that are either neglected or glossed over in conflict-focused biographies. The narrations in this book revolve around the Prophet's various strategies of diplomacy and reconciliation to avoid conflicts. In narrating these events, the book helps the readers broaden their perspective on the life of the Messenger of God and better capture the ethos of his life. Indeed, both Muslims and non-Muslims may benefit from this understanding at a time when violent extremist groups such as ISIS are causing carnage with their brutality while dressing their totalitarian ideologies in Muslim garb. The book exposes the hypocritical and willful deception of these radical groups which cherry-pick incidents and sayings from the Prophet's life, decontextualize them, and abuse them to serve their perverted ideologies. The extensive evidence presented in this book will not only dispel many myths about the life and message of the Noble Prophet, but also show how through compassionate efforts he conquered the hearts of people around him and turned them from die-hard enemies to devoted faithful friends.

Download or read book LIFE OF THE PROPHET A BIOGRAPHY OF THE PROPHET MOHAMMED written by LEILA ABOUZEID and published by Dar Al Kotob Al Ilmiyah دار الكتب العلمية. This book was released on 2011-01-01 with total page 224 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Prophet Muhammad brought into the world the religion of Islam in its final form. His life continues to inspire millions and millions of people around the world. The Biography of Prophet Mohammed is the first to be written by a Muslim Woman and modern creative writer. The author wrote it in English without adding personal interpretations or comments. She wants the audience to do their own reading and find their own interpretations. Why a Muslim woman biographer of Prophet Mohammed? A simple answer is why not? Many modern Muslim women have the education and, hence, the authority to tackle suck projects. But the author did not have gender in mind when she first thought of writing this biography. The idea simply came to her as it would to any writer, reflecting the current prominence of Islam on the international scene and the resulting ignorance and prejudice of islamophobia. -- from publishers.
