En fin d’ouvrage, des études de cas permettent d’illustrer et d’appliquer à des situations concrètes l’ensemble des connaissances et des notions abordées. Cette seconde édition propose une mise à jour de l’ensemble des données : les différentes parties ont été revues et étoffées notamment une partie entièrement consacrée à l’intervention orthophonique qui réunit et enrichit les démarches diagnostiques et la rééducation qui était séparées dans la précédente édition. Les illustrations sont également maintenant disponibles en couleur et les études de cas cliniques ont été entièrement renouvelés.
