Votre niveau de bonheur influe sur votre capacité d'apprentissage (sans que vous n'en soyez tout le temps conscient) et c'est pour cette raison qu'un livre sur l'apprentissage ne peut se prétendre exhaustif s'il ne prend pas en compte cette dimension essentielle.Tout au long de l'écriture de ce livre, je me suis demandé « Qu'est-ce qui pourrait aider un élève à mieux étudier ? » . J'espère sincèrement que toutes les réponses possibles se trouvent dans ce livre.
