También se analizan las estrategias a nivel corporativo donde se desarrollan las distintas direcciones y métodos de desarrollo que puede optar por seguir una empresa para que la calidad de la estructura organizativa aumente. En la segunda parte, a nivel práctico, se expondrá la situación de un grupo de empresas dedicadas al sector de los servicios, el cual tiene problemas tanto a nivel corporativo como competitivo. Se analizarán los determinantes de esa situación y tras lo estudiado, se propondrán varias soluciones tanto a nivel competitivo como a nivel corporativo con base en los conocimientos adquiridos en la materia que ocupa dicho documento.
