The persons, so elected, to continue in ofiice one year, and until others are choseri in their stead. In case of any vacancy, by death, resignation, or otherwise, the same may be supplied by a new election, to be made at any stated meeting of the Society, the person thus newly elected to serve the remainder of the year.
