It shall be the duty of all such district attorneys to at once after the publication of the list provided for to be published within ninety days after the passage of this act as aforesaid to take all proper steps and inaugurate all proper legal proceedings to bring about the escheating to the Territory of all unclaimed money or estates, so ascertained to be unclaimed or to have escheated to the Territory. Provided that all moneys so escheating to the Territory shall be covered into the general school fund of the Territory. SEO. 6. This act shall be in force and effect from and.aftcr its passage.
