Alors que le dispositif « sport sur ordonnance » est mis en place depuis 2016, nous souhaitions étudier le niveau d’activité physique des patients en ALD en Ille-et-Vilaine. Objectif : Evaluer la quantité d’activité physique des patients en ALD en Ille-et-Vilaine ainsi que les freins, leviers et l’information concernant l’exercice physique. Ainsi que l’information sur l’activité physique adaptée et sa prescription. Méthode : étude épidémiologique descriptive monocentrique transversale ayant lieu en Ille-et-Vilaine, menée grâce à un auto-questionnaire sur papier, anonyme, distribuée aux patients en ALD grâce à des médecins traitants volontaires et dans les services de consultations volontaires du CHU de Rennes, entre Mars et Juillet 2020. Analyse statistiques descriptive puis comparative entre les patients faisant peu d’activité physique et les autres. Résultats : 412 patients ont répondu au questionnaire. 34.1% des patients ont une activité physique intense selon l’IPAQ, 37.1% ont une activité physique modérée et 28.8% ont une activité physique faible. 83.1% des patients estiment que l’activité physique est bénéfique pour la santé. Concernant les leviers, le bien-être physique et mental sont exprimés par respectivement 87.1% et 73.3%, l’aspect social est exprimé à 26.9%. Concernant les freins, 28.8% des patients expriment un manque de temps, 22.5% le manque d’envie, 19.9% une incapacité. 69.1% des patients ont reçu le conseil de réaliser de l’activité physique de la part de leur médecin. 35.6% des patients ont eu une information sur l’APA. 13.9% ont bénéficié d’une prescription d’APA. Conclusion : Notre étude montre un taux de patients respectant les recommandations de l’OMS légèrement plus élevé que le taux français. Pour les autres, l’APA est une bonne solution sous réserve de diminuer les freins à la prescription de celle-ci. Des manières différentes d’aborder l’activité physique pourraient aussi être envisagées comme l’éducation thérapeutique.
