L'objectif de ce protocole est d'évaluer l'acceptabilité de cette simplification du suivi chez des femmes ayant réalisé une IVG médicamenteuse en Seine-Saint-Denis et s'étant rendues en consultation postIVG. L'objectif secondaire est de déterminer s'il existe une association entre cette acceptabilité et certaines caractéristiques individuelles, pour lesquelles des études ont retrouvé une association avec l'absence de consultation de contrôle effectuée après IVG, une association avec une préférence de suivi par test urinaire ou une association avec une interprétation correcte du test urinaire. Méthode : une étude descriptive quantitative prospective sera réalisée auprès de 405 femmes ayant réalisé une IVG médicamenteuse selon le parcours de suivi habituel, dans diverses structures de Seine-Saint-Denis. Une échelle de Likert à quatre entrées possibles sera complétée par les patientes incluses afin d'exprimer leur degré d'accord ou de désaccord avec cinq items permettant d'évaluer l'acceptabilité de cette simplification de suivi. Des données socio-économiques seront également recueillies afin de rechercher une association éventuelle avec l'acceptabilité de cette méthode de suivi. Résultat - Discussion : nous nous attendons à retrouver une bonne acceptabilité de cette simplification du suivi postIVG de la part des femmes interrogées, au vu des données de la littérature. Nous nous attendons également à retrouver une association entre cette acceptabilité et certains des critères socioéconomiques recueillis auprès des femmes participantes. Une étude interventionnelle, comparative, entre les deux types de suivi (classique et simplifié) pourrait être intéressante, tout comme l'élargissement des lieux de recueil aux cabinets libéraux (sages-femmes, généralistes, gynécologues). Conclusion : 232 000 IVG ont été réalisées en France en 2019 ; il est considéré que deux femmes sur cinq auront recours à une interruption volontaire de grossesse au cours de leur vie. Une alternative au suivi classique après une IVG médicamenteuse, au moyen d'un test de grossesse urinaire de basse sensibilité réalisé au domicile couplé à un auto-questionnaire -- méthode dont la fiabilité a déjà été prouvée -- permettrait de simplifier le parcours associé à la réalisation de l'IVG ainsi que de renforcer l'autonomie des femmes, en cas d'acceptabilité des principales intéressées.
