It was therefore ordered that a medical officer of the Army, in connection with the Supervising Surgeon of the M urine-hospital Service, should ascertain such facts, and make a detailed report of the information collected, on or before the first day of J annary, eighteen hundred and seventy five, to the President, to be submitted to Congress.
