Book A short summary of how to improve your sperm count and quality

Download or read book A short summary of how to improve your sperm count and quality written by Meszesán Gábor and published by Meszesán Gábor. This book was released on 2024-04-20 with total page 35 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Male infertility is a growing problem all over the world. The situation is particularly bad in developed countries. In cases where infertility is caused by certain external factors (e.g. unhealthy lifestyle), there is hope that the man can become fertile again. In this book, I try to help men struggling with infertility, I provide them with advice so that within a few weeks the quantity and quality of their sperm can significantly improve, i.e. they have more sperm and better sperm motility. The book deliberately tries to be short (you can read it completely in half an hour), since the goal is that when you fight for your fertility, you don't have to waste a lot of time reading all the relevant literature, but you have everything you need in one book, in a relatively short, bulleted, easy-to-understand form. In the book there will be a lot of advice that is relatively trivial (e.g. not to smoke), but I will try to give you extra ideas in addition to the information available on the world wide web, ones that you certainly haven't read elsewhere. I will also touch on sexuality. It is important for you to know that I apply what is described in this book to myself, so I myself live a lifestyle similar to what I recommend to you in this book. I've tried everything on myself and I know that it really works. I would prefer to publish this book for free, because I really wrote it to help thousands, but I am forced to ask for a symbolic price (of which I will only receive a part), because this is the only way I can ensure that I can write more similar books for other people struggling with other problems. By purchasing this book, you basically contribute to making the lives of many, many people better. Thank you for your purchase! And please, drop me a line if you managed to have a child with the help of my book! Notes from the author: Referential length: 54282 characters, 35 pages, letters big for easy reading This is the PDF version of the book. If you prefer you can find an EPUB version too with the same title. I would like to recommend my books to your attention (http://play.google.com/store/books/author?id=Meszes%C3%A1n+G%C3%A1bor&hl=hu). Also, I look forward to seeing you on my website (www.mesziirogat.hu) and my Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/meszesangaboriroioldala/)!

  • Publisher : Cambridge University Press
  • Release : 2009-09-24
  • ISBN : 1139483242
  • Pages : 691 pages

Download or read book Infertility in the Male written by Larry I. Lipshultz and published by Cambridge University Press. This book was released on 2009-09-24 with total page 691 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The new edition of this canonical text on male reproductive medicine will cement the book's market-leading position. Practitioners across many specialties - including urologists, gynecologists, reproductive endocrinologists, medical endocrinologists and many in internal medicine and family practice – will see men with suboptimal fertility and reproductive problems. The book provides an excellent source of timely, well-considered information for those training in this young and rapidly evolving field. While several recent books provide targeted 'cookbooks' for those in a male reproductive laboratory, or quick reference for practising generalists, the modern, comprehensive reference providing both a background for male reproductive medicine as well as clinical practice information based on that foundation has been lacking until now. The book has been extensively revised with a particular focus on modern molecular medicine. Appropriate therapeutic interventions are highlighted throughout.
