So, you make a loud joke and the moment of intimacy has passed. You distance someone quickly if they share their most intimate self. The energies change and you start all over again. Why are you incapable of allowing another to share something intimate from their life? It's not about you. You fear that you're unworthy to hear it. If they understood how damaged you were as a human being, they wouldn't try to share this beautiful thing with you. You're not comfortable with intimacy yourself. But it's important for you to get to this place of unworthiness so you may heal and evolve. See how uncomfortable that is, and how you rejected the intimacy of another human because you feel unworthy. Then you feel guilty because you rejected them. Now you're back on that old treadmill of guilt and low self-esteem. How about letting it go and giving yourself a break? It turns out you're all the same. The human that is sharing intimately further on in the day will be in the same position as you. They will be unable to handle another's intimacy. You're all the same, because you're all blessed beings trying to get though a human existence causing the least amount of pain to yourself and others. That's not easy. Give yourself a break. There is much LOVE here for you.
