It then reviews the history of the TSA's allowable annual cut and sets out draft data and management assumptions related to land base factors, forest inventory, forest re-establishment, timber utilization and damage, factors to be considered for purposes other than timber production, alternative rates of harvesting, timber processing facilities, and economic and social objectives. The appendix includes a response form soliciting comments regarding the TSA Timber Supply Review.
