On y décrit et analyse les actions menées. On détaille les réussites et on en analyse les conditions. On évoque les problèmes rencontrés et on explique comment on a tenté de les surmonter. On présente les structures mises en place et on réfléchit à leur évolution. Finalement, on tente de communiquer une conviction : c'est aux enseignants de devenir des véritables acteurs pour que les choses bougent, car le changement intervient dans un contexte d'utilisation.
