Y, en particular, aborda, el empoderamiento comunitario como un factor de vital importancia para (re)orientar las estrategias metodológicas del Trabajo Social en el Sistema de Servicios Sociales y que sin duda redundará en su eficacia. Por último, se describen dos experiencias vinculadas a los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios en las que se aborda el territorio como espacio de inclusión social; reforzando la subjetividad individual y colectiva como pieza clave para el reconocimiento de los significados identitarios de los individuos; creándose un marco que evidencia cambios reseñables en el desarrollo humano y social.
