My special thanks must go to the Democrats who most often voted for the good of the City, and without their co operation we could not have progressed. It has been a distinct pleasure working with this Council, and I wish to thank you all for your courtesy and cooperation. The problems that the incoming Council face are not too numerous with one exception Water Pollution. The State Water Pollution Commission has granted an extension of time until December 20, 1965, which should give plenty of time to make a thorough study in regards to financing this project.
