If my students know everything that's in this book they will know more than most urologists. It is especially gratifying to me to see this fine book emanate from Australia and to know that four of the authors have had their stimulus to excellence in work here at UCLA.

The conferences are held in order to bring together the best research knowl edge available to us from throughout the country, and to encourage par ticipation by the different professional disciplines and concerned parents.
