In dorsal profile, the snout is acutely rounded; in lateral profile, it is bluntly rounded. The snout is moderately long; the nostrils are barely protuberant and situated at a point about three fourths of the distance from the eyes to the tip of the snout. The canthus is weakly angular; the loreal region is barely concave, and the lips are moderately thick and barely ared. A thin dermal fold extends posteriorly from the eye, above the tympanum, and downward to a point above the insertion of the arm. The fold barely obscures the upper edge of the tympanum, which otherwise is distinct and is separated from the eye by a distance slightly greater than the diameter of the tym panum.
