Download or read book The Dimensions of a Godly Woman written by Gloria Howell-Mason and published by Christian Faith Publishing, Inc.. This book was released on 2024-02-12 with total page 87 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: My view: This manuscript (soon-to-be-published book), I'm sure is truly a love story. It is spiritual, romantic, serious, instructional, and informative; and throughout the book reads like a love letter to God and to the author's husband-to-be, and now husband, Kelma. There were a couple or more statements in the manuscript (journal entries) that really made me chuckle. I read those about three times because I enjoyed the lightheartedness of the author, as well as my own hearty laughter, which felt very good. I'm pretty certain that this will have the same effect on other readers, as well. My sincerest thanks to the author for asking me to be among the first persons to read her manuscript. I am indeed honored. There's a subtle hint that this manuscript, once published, may be the first in a series of inspirational books, packed with love and appreciation for God, her husband, her family, and others. --Perlene P. Montgomery This is my personal account of the author's relationship with God, her spouse, and her ministry. Through the pages of her revealing inspirational book, Mrs. Gloria Howell-Mason presents a unique acknowledgment of God's purpose, mission, and vision for her life. In this literary record, she declares her determination to trust Jesus as she joyfully seeks to please Him daily and to inspire others to grow deeper in the love and higher in the spirit of Jesus- --Audrey L. Byrd I am so honored to have been asked to read this wonderful book. What a delightful, caring, funny story. Follow Elder Gloria Mason on her journey through love loss and love again, a greater love than she would have ever known--love for God, love for family, love for the one that God has for her, as well as love for the plan he is revealing to her. It is a beautiful reminder that if we wait on the Lord, he will make all things new and exciting. --Prophetess Joyce Washington I thought the book was magnificent. It's a blessing to me to have lived long enough to find out how talented my daughter is and to read a book that she wrote. A. Louise Williams, Author's Mother (Member of Missionary Guild, and Church Mother) Her compassion for the love of God and the man God sent her to lean on for her to be able to freely work in his kingdom here on earth. She expresses her intimate relationship with recognizing order in her life and why first things should be first to get it right. --Dr. Barbara Privo P. Wiggins, PhD

Book The Oxford Handbook of John Bunyan

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Oxford Handbook of John Bunyan is the most extensive volume of original essays ever published on the seventeenth-century nonconformist preacher and writer, John Bunyan. Its thirty-eight chapters examine Bunyan's life and works, their religious and historical contexts, and the critical reception of his writings, in particular his allegorical narrative, The Pilgrim's Progress. Interdisciplinary and comprehensive, it provides unparalleled scope and expertise, ranging from literary theory to religious history and from theology to post-colonial criticism. The Handbook is structured in four sections. The first, 'Contexts', deals with the historical Bunyan in relation to various aspects of his life, background, and work as a nonconformist: from basic facts of biography to the nature of his church at Bedford, his theology, and the religious and political cultures of seventeenth-century Dissent. Part 2 considers Bunyan's literary output: from his earliest printed tracts to his posthumously published works. Offering discrete chapters on Bunyan's major works - Grace Abounding to the Chief of Sinners (1666), The Pilgrim's Progress, Parts I and II (1678; 1684); The Life and Death of Mr. Badman (1680), and The Holy War (1682) - this section nevertheless covers Bunyan's oeuvre in its entirety: controversial and pastoral, narrative and poetic. Section 3, 'Directions in Criticism', engages with Bunyan in literary critical terms, focusing on his employment of form and language and on theoretical approaches to his writings: from psychoanalytic to post-secular criticism. Section 4, 'Journeys', tackles some of the ways in which Bunyan's works, and especially The Pilgrim's Progress, have travelled throughout the world since the late seventeenth century, assessing Bunyan's place within key literary periods and their distinctive developments: from the eighteenth-century novel to the writing of 'empire'.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: There are many books in the world but amongst them, only a few are full of mysteries. Woman of Honour is a piece set in pace to unravel the hidden cause behind every successful woman in the tale of mankind. Over time, we have seen how many girl children grow up to become a nonentity which is not the original plans of God for their life. In this series, the potency of feminism will be converse to you. It isn't a book as many would think. Indeed, it's a formula from the Frontiers of Zion set in space to stir up the girls, ladies and women of these last days. Allow me to bring you the words of a great woman–Edoh Judith.O “The very moment I place this book on my fingertips, I began to experience reactions of various kinds taking effect in my bloodstream. I felt with within me; I wasn’t reading an ordinary book other than the compilation of mysteries! I came to realize more than I knew to be a woman when I read this book. It channels the distinctive and unrevealed knowledge I’ve long for throughout the time I’ve spent in this mortal realm. When you go through this book, you will come to discover that they are a lot to all you know. One fascinating thing I find remarkable about this book is that the author communicated it on the platform of Godliness; teaching, revealing, and you know, disclosing the original nature of God to every women, ladies, and even girl child out there. You know what? This edition isn’t for feminist alone but for all. Too, the men can read it irrespective of the theme. I love the part where he linked an honourable woman to a medic whose job is to inoculate the virtue of godliness in her children, also act as a missionary that will aid the moves of the end-time revival even to the edge of the Earth. With all due respect to the reader of the very mysteries set in place, I have the desire to make a simple request; tell more out there about this book. God has sent Stephen on a mission to revamp the lost vibes of feminism back into reality. I’m so proud of his achievement at his young age. Amongst all the books he has written so far, he hasn’t done single research. It’s a grace espoused mandate!” Thank you. Edoh Judith, Mrs.
