Book The Dance of Mayan Energies 2019 The Innerjourney

Download or read book The Dance of Mayan Energies 2019 The Innerjourney written by Adriana 'tata Rojas and published by Independently Published. This book was released on 2018-12-07 with total page 290 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The knowledge and wisdom held with the Cholq'ij as a sacred calendar is very deep, so the information I present within these pages is simply a starting point for all those who want to begin their journey within this wisdom. Although the format of this book may be seen as a daily calendar (and can be used as such), my purpose in creating it this way is to accompany you on an inner journey. It is a way which allows you to begin to relate to, and understand the 20 energies making up the Cholq'ij; to begin to understand the Mayan signs themselves - a way which helps you to understand how those 20 energies relate to and influence us, in a very personal way. In the first pages you will find some theoretical information regarding the Sacred Calendar, the 20 energies which make it up, and an explanation of the importance of knowing your Mayan Sign. In this way you can begin to become familiar with the concepts of each of the different energetic vibrations manifesting within our universe, and the beautiful dance of transformation it brings to us. Within this book is a day by day guide for the whole year of 2019 on the Gregorian Calendar, combined with the messages of the Cholq'ij. On each date you will see a different quote related to the energy of that day, and how to connect, meditate, or act in harmony with the natural, universal vibration manifesting that day. You will have a space to make small notes about the main emotions, sensations, and events that you face each day. Making notes will help allow you to gain a better idea about your physical and emotional states, the way your relationships are going, messages you are receiving in your dreams, or situations which may seem out of the ordinary. This may expand into meeting someone from your past, the birth or death of a loved one, messages coming from nature, magical manifestations, or when an opportunity suddenly arises. This book is here as an effective guide; one where you can begin to relate to the energies of the Cholq'ij. Little by little, everything will begin to become clarified, and you will come to understand which days are beneficial to you for certain activities and which days are not. From my heart to yours, I hope that the words contained here will become a constant support for the greatest adventure you may ever take; The journey of knowing yourself, and understanding the constant natural movement of energy in which we all live in, and to begin dancing within its natural rhythms.

She explains the spiritual wisdom of the Maya calendar as a living entity, its cycles of time, and the significance of “the counting of the days,” which helps keep time itself alive. She examines Maya spiritual and cosmological concepts such as how the universe is shaped like a triangle over a square. She reveals the profound power of dance in Maya tradition, explaining how ritual dance halts the flow of time, reactivates primordial events, and captures vital energies that keep the Maya spiritual tradition vital and alive. Exploring other Maya secret knowledge, she also details Maya ritual attire, Maya future-telling with the calendar, the reading of the Tzi’te beans, and how the Maya communicate with ancestors through the sacred fire. Illustrating how contemporary Maya life is suffused with spiritual tradition and celebration, the author shares the teachings of the Maya from her initiate and anthropologist point of view in order to help us all learn from the ancient wisdom of their beliefs and worldview. Book Pleiadian Earth Energy Astrology

Download or read book Pleiadian Earth Energy Astrology written by Pia Orleane and published by Simon and Schuster. This book was released on 2018-11-06 with total page 522 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Discover how to navigate the spiral energy patterns of the Universe for spiritual advancement and conscious evolution • 2019 Coalition of Visionary Resources Silver Award • Explains how the cycles of the 13 spirals of Universal energy and the 20 spirals of Earth energy interact on each calendar day as well as provides a Pleiadian perspective on how they influence us and the events in our lives • Offers practical examples of how you can consciously use the energies prevalent on a given day to your personal, spiritual benefit • Shares cosmic wisdom teachings from the Pleiadian group known as Laarkmaa Modern science has finally confirmed an essential component of the Pleiadian teachings: Our Universe is not linear; it moves in spirals. Human evolution also unfolds in spirals, rather than the linear progression we call “progress.” Sharing the cosmic wisdom teachings they have received from the Pleiadian group known as Laarkmaa, authors Pia Orleane and Cullen Baird Smith reveal a new system of Pleiadian-Earth energy astrology centered on the spiraling and interconnected movement of Universal and Earth energies, rather than on time, and explain how this new wave of Pleiadian wisdom can support human evolution. The authors identify two major spiral patterns that influence us: the 13 spirals of Universal energy that reflect cosmic laws and cosmic truth and the 20 spirals of Earth energy that reflect how humans experience themselves, each other, and their environment. They explain the dominant energy of each of the 13 Universal energy spirals and how they cycle in 13-day periods. They detail how these 13 Universal energy spirals interact with the cycles of the 20 Earth energy spirals on each calendar day, providing a hundred-year ephemeris and a Pleiadian perspective with which to understand the events in your life. Offering practical examples, they show how you can consciously use the energies prevalent on a given calendar day to your personal, spiritual advantage. Providing a map to transcend all systems that no longer serve us, freeing us to become the enlightened cosmic beings we truly are, the authors show how, with the wisdom of the Pleiadian-Earth energy system, we can each discover our specific gifts, work through the challenges of our own shadows, and individually and collectively evolve into a higher vibrational species.

  • ISBN : 029277818X
  • Pages : 295 pages

Download or read book To Be Like Gods written by Matthew G. Looper and published by University of Texas Press. This book was released on 2010-01-01 with total page 295 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Winner, Association for Latin American Art Book Award, 2010 The Maya of Mexico and Central America have performed ritual dances for more than two millennia. Dance is still an essential component of religious experience today, serving as a medium for communication with the supernatural. During the Late Classic period (AD 600-900), dance assumed additional importance in Maya royal courts through an association with feasting and gift exchange. These performances allowed rulers to forge political alliances and demonstrate their control of trade in luxury goods. The aesthetic values embodied in these performances were closely tied to Maya social structure, expressing notions of gender, rank, and status. Dance was thus not simply entertainment, but was fundamental to ancient Maya notions of social, religious, and political identity. Using an innovative interdisciplinary approach, Matthew Looper examines several types of data relevant to ancient Maya dance, including hieroglyphic texts, pictorial images in diverse media, and architecture. A series of case studies illustrates the application of various analytical methodologies and offers interpretations of the form, meaning, and social significance of dance performance. Although the nuances of movement in Maya dances are impossible to recover, Looper demonstrates that a wealth of other data survives which allows a detailed consideration of many aspects of performance. To Be Like Gods thus provides the first comprehensive interpretation of the role of dance in ancient Maya society and also serves as a model for comparative research in the archaeology of performance.

Book The Blaise Conjunction

Download or read book The Blaise Conjunction written by Richard Leviton and published by iUniverse. This book was released on 2013-07-18 with total page 651 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The councilors had placed a book upon the table, its cover pale blue edged in silver. The title was The Theosophon. They slid it towards me. Philomena Wilcox, Ph.D., retired professor of music, pianist, passionate devotee of Russian composers like Scriabin and Rachmaninov, thinks she is merely editing a series of prolix journals by the desert recluse Blaise. One day in 2029 she took delivery of 7,000 pages of his arcane diary entries spanning a 20-year period. His storywhat he thinks and writes aboutis exceedingly odd, mystical, and perplexing. He is anticipating a planetary event to take place in 2033. Soon enough, Philomena discovers she, impossibly, is part of this story, in fact, will be a keystone in this epochal event. Its as if through the journal pages Blaise talks directly to her and pulls her into his world of wisdom-angels, geomantic patterns, and designer planets. The pages are encoded with activation triggers. Over a three-year period, she starts to remember her true story, her astonishing past. Its a nonstop tutorial in the Mysteries. Taught by the human Blaise and his angelic mentors, also called Blaise, seemingly right now, in the present moment. Except upwards of 35 years or more separate them in the world of linear time. Her familiar world starts to fall apart. The event is called the Theosophon. Blaise writes about it, but she designed it. Thats startling enough, but Philomena is astonished to remember that she designed it eons ago in another galaxy. The Earth was created as a performance stage for it. The Theosophon is a multidimensional musical event involving the collective consciousness of humanity, the Earth, and the spiritual world. The overture of the fulfillment of the purpose of the Earth and humanity. Yes, Philomena is an integral part of this unique event, but it will cost her more than she ever thought possible.

Book The Cambridge World History Volume 3 Early Cities in Comparative Perspective 4000 BCE 1200 CE

Download or read book The Cambridge World History Volume 3 Early Cities in Comparative Perspective 4000 BCE 1200 CE written by Norman Yoffee and published by Cambridge University Press. This book was released on 2015-03-19 with total page 597 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: From the fourth millennium BCE to the early second millennium CE the world became a world of cities. This volume explores this critical transformation, from the appearance of the earliest cities in Mesopotamia and Egypt to the rise of cities in Asia and the Mediterranean world, Africa, and the Americas. Through case studies and comparative accounts of key cities across the world, leading scholars chart the ways in which these cities grew as nodal points of pilgrimages and ceremonies, exchange, storage and redistribution, and centres for defence and warfare. They show how in these cities, along with their associated and restructured countrysides, new rituals and ceremonies connected leaders with citizens and the gods, new identities as citizens were created, and new forms of power and sovereignty emerged. They also examine how this unprecedented concentration of people led to disease, violence, slavery and subjugations of unprecedented kinds and scales.
