Instead of publishing all of the committee reports of 1946 in a single volume as was done after the first conference, each committee report is being published separately. Separate publications should a'rd wide circulation and usability of the reports. It is to be hoped, however, that separate publications will not hinder the use of all the reports since one of the chief needs of community development is an integration of efforts of all inter ests and groups.
