Book The Bride zilla of Christ

Download or read book The Bride zilla of Christ written by Ted Kluck and published by Multnomah. This book was released on 2016-07-19 with total page 210 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Sometimes, Church Hurts The Church, the Bride of Christ. That description conjures up images of radiant white bride, eyes sparkling with peace and harmony, right? Maybe that’s why it’s such a gut-punch when that Bride behaves more like a grade school bully or a hot tempered drill sergeant. What do you do with that reality, a reality that sometime hurts? Ted Kluck and Ronnie Martin aren’t interested in 140 characters of tweetable comfort. They’d rather share their own stories of being both the wounded and the wounder. Plus they offer practical, yes-you-can-do-this steps to moving forward in those times not if, but when the Church hurts. Bride(zilla) of Christ is a verbal I.V. dripping with the mercy found only in Christ. Though you’ve been wronged, or perhaps wronged another, there is cause for great hope. The hurt is not the deepest thing. Grace is deeper still.

Book The Bride Of Christ The Bridegroom and His Bride

Download or read book The Bride Of Christ The Bridegroom and His Bride written by Christopher Hussey and published by Christian Faith Publishing, Inc.. This book was released on 2017-08-11 with total page 110 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Right from the very beginning in eternity past, God had planned history with His Son having a bride, a companion that would co-reign with Him and enjoy Him forever. That is the eternal purpose of God in creating a bride for His Son. If you read the Scripture from cover to cover, you would discover that God teaches us in a variety of different ways. Sometimes God uses powerful word pictures, sometimes He uses symbols, sometimes He uses examples of people both good and bad. Sometimes God uses a direct word, an authoritative word, sometimes He uses examples from nature, like a tree planted by the rivers of water that will not cease to bear fruit. This book highlights how God gave us an example of an ancient Jewish wedding ceremony that correlates with Christ, the Bridegroom, and His bride the church. From the father choosing a bride for his son, paying the bridal price, the bridegroom snatching his bride and bringing her to the bridal chamber, and then finally co-reigning with him in their household with him as the head. It is absolutely amazing the correlation between the two. What was a mystery to the Jews has been revealed. The mystery was that both Jew and Gentile called the church would be the bride of Christ. The bride of Christ is describing the kind of relationship we can have with Jesus. God is seeking willing lovers, who would voluntarily seek His heart, voluntarily surrender to Him, and voluntarily love Him with all their heart, soul and mind, and strength.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Rising to Royalty is a prophetic message of hope and inspiration to the body of Christ to seek out their divine calling of being the bride of Christ Jesus while in their natural body in earth. Jesus said in John 14:12, “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.” Rising to Royalty shares the secrets of the Father that he gives to his prince and princesses to rule and reign on the earth as he promised in Proverbs 25:2–3: “It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings. As the heavens are high and the earth is deep, so the hearts of kings are unsearchable.” Does your heart long to know the height, the depth, and the hidden promises of your Heavenly Father through your relationship with Jesus Christ? It is time for you to shake off the old you and begin to be the bride who prepares herself to reign with her king. “I, John, saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband” (Rev. 21:2).

It transforms the Christian walk from an uphill battle into a guided tour with God. Most Christians lead a life of frustration, futility, and failure. Book Unlearned Ignorant Commentary

Download or read book Unlearned Ignorant Commentary written by J.A. Roberts and published by J.A. Roberts. This book was released on 2024-04-19 with total page 1064 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: These are my simple and practical notes for all of the books of the Bible. I am currently in the process of still writing all of my notes out, so not all of the chapters are there yet, but I have quite a few books of the Bible done, and am about 25% of the way through the rest of the Bible. I will update this ever time a book is finished, so it updates to the purchaser, but if you'd like to pay ahead of time you can get the books quicker and cheaper now. The more books I add, the more expensive it will become. I've been working on this for about two years now, and will continue to work on it for another (likely another six more years to finish the entire Bible (hopefully sooner)). Thank you for supporting my work, and I hope it's a useful tool for you as you dig deeper into God's Word. It should also be understood, I am not a scholar by any means (I just like to dig around in scripture, and answer difficult questions, hence the title of the book). Some of my thoughts are taken from much smarter men than me, and if I know where the source comes from, I will do my best to make mention of it and give credit where credit is due. Otherwise, these are things I got from my own personal studies, and all the stories I give are from personal experience.

Book excerpt: The Epistles written by the Apostles are letters that are usually geared towards encouraging churches through difficult and uncertain turmoil and trouble. Each letter has a theme, and this one is geared towards the usefulness of the church and the Christian life. How do we maintain our walk with the Lord? How do we know we are even in God’s Will? How can we be confident that what we are doing is right when everyone around us seems to be pulling us away from God and the truth? This letter of the Bible is geared toward addressing the Bride of Christ and what that is to look like practically as well as spiritually. There are scholars who say that the Greek word “Ephesus” Isn’t even in the original manuscripts. Apparently in Colossians it mentions a church that he wrote to in Laodicea, so it’s assumed that this letter wasn’t just meant for one primary church but to the church as a whole. It might have been a letter that was passed along from church to church. Either way, there is plenty for us to dive into, and a lot of application for us to search out, not just in the sense of a congregation, but even relating it to our own marriages and relationships in this life.

Book excerpt: The Church was put here to do the work of ministry but somehow we have gotten off course. We spent decades arguing among ourselves about everything from our naval, the rapture, hymns versus choruses and eternal security while the devil laughs his butt off. In the meantime, abortion became legal, evolution became fact, living together became a way of life and the divorce rate in the church became higher than in the world. Hell risks being over-crowded, the homeless starve, young girls are sold as sex slaves and the church has become irrelevant. I don't believe this is what Christ had in mind when He gave His life on the cross of Calvary.

In the beginning, God created man and woman in His image--made with the design to devotedly and intimately love and dwell with Him for all time. However, once sin entered the world, this plan expanded to pursue and redeem the fallen bride, bringing her back to the relationship she was intended to have from the beginning. THE BRIDE OF CHRIST will enrich your understanding of God's Word by exploring how those from the time of Abraham viewed covenants, betrothals, and marriage relationships. By sifting through the Mosaic law, you will better understand God's purpose and intention for marriage. Studying the lives of Hosea and Ruth will reveal how they lived out God's own desire for His people. Most importantly, the life and teachings of Jesus will divulge God's passionate pursuit for you to be a bride of Christ and dwell with Him for all eternity.

Book Preparing the Bride of Christ

Download or read book Preparing the Bride of Christ written by Alex Delpercio and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2014-03 with total page 129 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Warning: Do not read this book if you are not willing to be changed by the Lord! This book uncovers the hidden truth of the preparation of the bride of Christ. The message in this book is to help the Christian see some of the necessary elements the Lord uses in preparation for the marriage. This teaching is based on Ephesians 5:27: "That He [Jesus] might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle," as well as other places in the Bible where this truth is concealed. If this teaching is received, the heart of the individual Christian will be open to the Lord enabling him to enter the process of preparation, which is necessary for the union with Jesus Christ. "I know it is the earnest desire of the author that, as you read this book, you would find that pearl of great value that remains hidden until found by a seeking and hungry heart." -James Parnell Teacher at Cornerstone Bible Center
