Book excerpt: Haven Daniels fought for years to be on the top of the reporting game, and now the story of a lifetime was hers. There was only one small hitch. Someone didn’t want it to make the papers and attempted to kill her to silence her words. There was only one thing she could do, only one place she could run, and Haven didn’t think that she would be welcome. Niall Owens asked her to marry him while he was in the navy, and she said no. Now he was one of the best rock climbers in the country and worked for the Rescue Service in Yellowstone Park. Haven knew that even if he didn’t like her, he would protect her. She didn’t expect to have all of those old feelings resurface. Haven found out she still loved Niall and his fierce passion. But this time he might be the one to send her away. The first time in five years since he saw Haven, and she was hurt off the side of a cliff. Then she was asking for his help. The love that he buried for her punched him like a fist to the gut but he tried to rein it in while he tried to keep her alive. It didn’t mean that the kiss they shared didn’t burn through him like a wildfire in the park he knew like the back of his hand. Niall wasn’t willing to put his heart back in her hands, since she crushed it the first time. Instead he would help Haven and then send her away. But as time passed, it seemed that was easier said than done.

Book I Was Born with Nothing but Rose to Be a King

Download or read book I Was Born with Nothing but Rose to Be a King written by David L. Cook and published by AuthorHouse. This book was released on 2017-05-27 with total page 206 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I wish the world could be so full of sunshine, joy, and happiness. I wish the world could be full of peace with itself. I wish there was no more killing, dying, diseases in the world. I wish that we could rid ourselves of these horrible, horrible catastrophes that affect us all. Cancer eats the blood out of our bodies and makes us look like skeletons. There's no hope, but we are doomed to death just like the world is doomed to destruction. Hate, hate, hate is everywhere. There is no love nowhere. If only we could start loving each other like God meant for it to be. I wonder how many of us get up in the morning and say Good morning, neighbors! I love you. None of us, cause we dont love ourselves.

Book Divinely Touched Transform Your Life

Download or read book Divinely Touched Transform Your Life written by Dr. Dave DiSano and published by BalboaPress. This book was released on 2011-08-29 with total page 384 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Divinely Touched is a story of personal transformation. It chronicles Marys spiritual awakening, how she was divinely saved, led, and transformed. From the depths of depression, from battles with physical ailments for which the medical profession had no explanations, from being led into worlds she never knew existed, she survived being taken to the underworld. She was guided and healed by light workers, shamans, and avatars from this world and the spirit dimension and led on a journey of personal, physical, mental, and spiritual healing. Marys experience, like that of a caterpillar when transformed into a beautiful butterfly, is one that will inspire, enlighten, and transform your life as well. Dr. Dave uses science, research, and knowledge of the ages to explain what Mary experienced and open worlds to the reader that they may never have imagined. Divinely Touched: Transform Your Life can, in fact, do just that. With painstaking detail, Mary describes her descent into darkness and her triumphant return. Like Margaret Starbird, in The Goddess in the Gospels, who also has a spiritual awakening that took her into the realms of psychosis, Mary describes a similar personal descent into darkness before bursting forth into spiritual awareness. Inside you will find a compelling story that may help you or someone you love. Maureen St. Germain, author of Beyond the Flower of Life & You Are the Genie in the Bottle The world is waiting for this powerful story of good vs. evil. Marys story is amazing, compelling, eye-opening, and courageous. Her faith has carried her through the darkness into the light. She is Gods instrument and truly a living expression of divine light flowing forth into the world. Divinely Touched is a must-read, and you wont want to put it down. It will blow your mind! Pat Hastings, Author of Simply a Woman of Faith: How to Live in Spiritual Power and Transform Your Life Marys amazing story will capture your interest and touch your heart. You will be inspired to move forward on your own journey of awakening. Andrew Oser, author of How Alternation Can Change Your Life; Finding the Rhythms of Health and Happiness Divinely Touched is a wonderful book that documents an impassioned and heartfelt account of the pitfalls and triumphs of personal awakening. Book The Christian s Prayer Book

Download or read book The Christian s Prayer Book written by David C Jantjies and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2019-01-11 with total page 324 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the beginning man had to be in a very distinct relationship with God in order to have passage to his heart. However, this would dramatically change when Jesus came to earth. Early in his ministry, Jesus realized man’s inability to pray. And thus, Jesus taught his followers to pray the Lord’s Prayer as recorded in Matthew 6: 9–13. It is evident that Jesus was teaching his followers that his Father does not expect lengthy supplications. We simply had to enter in prayer giving God glory, soliciting the things we need, begging for forgiveness, petitioning a way around evil, and finally pouring out our adulations on God in all his majesty. David Christian Jantjies, in this epic work, digs a little deeper and uncovers the untapped treasures of the much-neglected individualized focused prayer. The time has now come to approach the throne of God with focused prayers—less detailed, accentuated prayer-worship of the Living God, themed petitions, and crisp thanksgiving for what God has done and is still doing. It further preaches for a more frequent interaction with God. The Christian’s Prayer Book – Focused Prayers 101 is a glorious work. Readers will be able to identify with most of these prayers. The spectrum is wide. The glorification of God is immense. The petitions are daily contentions. The praise-giving to God is huge. Each prayer is supported by potent quotations. However, do not miss the teachings on what prayer is, where to pray, when to pray, and how to pray.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Have you reached a point of darkness in your life that has taken away your ability to have hope for your future? Have you seemingly been sentenced to a dark prison cell due to illness, depression, addiction, or your own sin? David, a man after God's own heart, experienced such times in his walk with God. Not only was his life one of extreme ups and downs, he was capable of communicating the realness of his experiences and feelings to God like no other figure in the Bible. Whether David was soaring on the heights of a military victory or despairing for his life, he never stopped talking to God with an unrestricted honesty and depth. This is the way that God wants us to talk with Him, real and raw. The Psalms reflect the way to commune with the loving Father. New Psalms and Other Thoughts embodies this desire. Royalties from the sale of the book will be donated to the Edgewood Children's Ranch in Orlando, Florida.
