After an initial inventory was complete the data were brought together and examined to determine the present degree of integration. P.E.I. was divided into regions and watersheds were selected to represent these regions. Next, the integration of the networks was designed. Based on needs and issues, recommendations are made for changes to the network, including a list of stations which should be considered for discontinuation and proposed locations where stations need to be established.
