Familiarity Drills are large tables with one key, letter, or combination in each cell of the table. Each cell is one stroke. There is one Familiarity Drill in each chapter, except for the Dexterity Drill chapters. Each drill takes up an entire page.Rhythm and Speed Drills are three- or four-stroke drills that you repeat over and over. Each chapter, except for the Dexterity Drills, contains over 20 Rhythm and Speed Drills. They look like this: S H K PEach letter is a separate stroke. S is the first stroke. H is the second.
