This is a heartfelt story of what jealousy can do and how it can make someone unbalanced; how the people of Australia, thanks to the media, along with her family and friends, stood by her while she was fighting to stay alive; and how a deep, meaningful love triumphs all.

To unravel what has gone wrong, Elliott identifies several assumptions behind early zoning that no longer hold true, four new land use drivers that have emerged since zoning began, and basic elements of good urban governance that are violated by prevailing forms of zoning. He also proposes five practical steps to get started on the road to zoning reform.
