Considering the present situation, there would seem to be no question as to this, the most important controlling element being its relation to the convenience of the public using it and the gen eral interests of the public as a whole. As no proposition has been advanced or considered looking to the abandonment of the property used for railroad purposes north of Harrison street, and as this development does not interfere in any way with the freedom Of movement between the South and West Sides, er inter fere with the Chicago Plan, there would seem to be no valid rea son why this site is not preferable. While certain future eventualities, which are entirely conjee tural, might make the Harrison street situation a desirable one.
