It was inspired from a morning when I couldn't quiet my mind to obtain what I was reading in His Word. So, He appeared as a pin point bright, white light on my Bible and grew off the pages and filled my kitchen! He had my attention. He told me, "If you take care of My business, I will take care of yours." He has been true to that word ever since. That's a dramatic way for Him to have to speak so I'd listen, but He will do what it takes, when we have a heart that is ever towards Him. Jesus said, "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me." (John 10:27) We have a promise from Jesus that we do hear His voice. Through the pages of this book you will know that you hear Him whether you're in prayer or out in public. You will also find that this book will help you teach others the Biblical ways of hearing Him speak. Some of the ways we can hear Him are through the Bible, prophets, scenery, dreams and visions, to list a few. Now, please allow me tell you the supernatural story behind this book. This time I was engaged in corporate prayer at my church, when suddenly a supernatural download of the title and the chapter titles came to me. At the time of this download, I had had a vision five months earlier where Jesus told me that He had something for me to do, and when the time came, I would be ready. Those were His same words when He was preparing me for the first book! I was a bit disturbed by those words, because I had had the most trying trial of my life, prior to that first download. To be used of God, we often go through the refiner's fire! The outcome is up to us. We can pass the test, as I like to think, or we can choose to go around that mountain again. Going around that mountain again was not a choice for me! I thanked Him for going on to reassure me that it was something I'd like, and that He'd give me instructions along the way. He also warned me to be listening and He would tell me exactly what He wanted me to do. So, here we are with another supernatural download of book number four, Simplicity of Hearing God Speak: Led by His Voice! As I shared the title, and chapters of this book with some of my leaders, I heard some unusual comments. They each had the same train of thought. They could see, and suggested that this book be used as a Bible study tool. Either personal, or for a study group!
