Again in the form of Ardhanaareeshvara the left part of Shiva is Shakti. That means Shakti and Vishnu are one and the same. Hence in the Shiva-Shakti united form Vishnu also joining them, there is only one form. The difference in forms are all human created for convenience. All are one.
