If they turn to newspapers, to television and radio, to popular films and literature, to most history books and folklore, they encounter these distortions. The combined tools used to study the window site have resulted in a new proposed hydrostratigraphic conceptual model for the site explaining the most probable genesis of the window as well as groundwater flow patterns in and around the window.
