Therefore God allows deception to work on them, so that they will believe a lie, so that all who have not believed the truth but have taken a liking to iniquity will be judged." 2 Thess 2:10-12 Proving from their writings, it can be seen that the real core of Satanism is disbelief in the self-proclaimed messiah Jesus and his teachings. A philosophy that does not recognise Jesus, that denies that Jesus is the Christ, questions the Father and the Son, and refuses to recognise that Jesus Christ came in the flesh, is Satanism. Satanism more broadly is also a worldview that not only rejects belief in a Judeo-Christian god but is the very absence of all belief in any theistic superstition, for the reason that this is the greatest possible sin according to all theistic religions. Godless Satanism is hostile to any theistic god. Biblia Satanae is written in the spirit of one who denies that Jesus is the Messiah. It does not recognise the Father and the Son. Its Spirit is not of God. Biblia Satanae is a denial and rejection of the supernatural delusions of the Judeo-Christian Bible. Biblia Satanae is the Satanic Anti-Bible.

In effect, he is God's Minister of Justice, bent on exposing sin and vice, especially in virtuous-seeming persons like Job and Jesus. He fills the roles of investigator, tempter (that is, tester), accuser, prosecutor, and punisher, but also obstructer, preventer of vice, and rehabilitator. He is much feared and despised, accused of underhanded and immoral tactics. His removal from office is promised and his eventual punishment hoped for. The later misreading of Satan as radically depraved transformed Christianity into a highly dualistic religion, with an ongoing contest between good and evil. Seeing Satan in his true nature, as a cynical and sinister celestial bureaucrat, will help to remedy this distorted view.
