Dr. Phillips began to focus entirely on something called the "annointing" of the Holy Spirit, and he made statements such as, "I am Thee Prophet here, and no one gets a word from God but me!" This is my story, as one kicked out of my church home by Ron Phillips, of how the Holy Spirit was not unleashed at Central Baptist Church after Dr. Phillips's coup. I argue that the Holy Spirit was silenced; Christians were silenced; anyone who disagreed with Ron Phillips was intimidated or cast out in order to silence them.
