Questo volume, dopo una prima valutazione dello stato dell’arte della sicurezza del paziente in Italia e all’estero, presenta i metodi più diffusi per l’analisi degli eventi avversi nelle diverse specialità (medicina d’urgenza, ostetricia e ginecologia, oncologia, salute mentale, ecc.) e nei servizi di supporto (laboratori analisi, radiologia, trasfusioni, farmaceutica).
