Partendo dalla ricostruzione e dall’esame degli obiettivi della riforma, vengono prese in considerazione le più rilevanti modifiche quali l’udienza da remoto e l’udienza con trattazione scritta, l’estensione della negoziazione assistita alle controversie di lavoro, l’abrogazione del “rito Fornero” e le sue ricadute pratiche, le modifiche alla disciplina in grado di appello, la modificazione delle norme concernenti il processo in cassazione, la revocazione delle sentenze per violazione della CEDU ed il giudizio di rinvio pregiudiziale alla Suprema Corte.
