Così, più che celebrare, secondo una consueta ritualità accademica, il collocamento a riposo, abbiamo preferito rendergli omaggio, festeggiando assieme il suo ottantesimo compleanno, che è caduto lo scorso 15 agosto. La pubblicazione di questi scritti nella Collana del Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza, testimonia la stima e l’affetto di cui Pulitanò continua a godere presso i colleghi dell’Università Bicocca di Milano e la comunità dei penalisti. Rivolgiamo un sentito ringraziamento a quanti hanno aderito con entusiasmo a questo omaggio.
