Nous avons mené une étude de littérature qui révèle cinq conduites à tenir différentes pour la prise en charge de ces kystes. Une prise en charge chirurgicale en un temps ou deux temps, l'exérèse ou le drainage du kyste par voie de Caldwell Luc, l'énucléation par méatotomie à l'aide du chirurgien ORL et enfin l'abstention thérapeutique. Toutes ces techniques montrent des résultats satisfaisants bien que ces études soient de faible niveau de preuve. Cette revue de littérature nous a permis de dégager un arbre décisionnel prenant en compte les signes cliniques et les signes radiologiques retrouvés sur le scanner pré opératoire. Les symptômes ou antécédents nasosinusiens, la présence de variations anatomiques, la hauteur du kyste et la perméabilité ostiale sont les principaux éléments qui vont guider la décision du chirurgien. Il serait donc nécessaire de réaliser une étude prospective avec un échantillon plus élevé de patient et une durée de suivi plus longue afin de s'assurer de la bonne évolution de ces kystes en présence d'un sinus greffé
