Pour chacune, un sommaire indique d'une manière générale les divisions que je dois suivre. Puis, reprenant successivement chaque nu méro du sommaire, je groupe_en tète de mon développement l'ensemble des textes des lnstitutes qui s'y rapportent, quelque place que Justinien lui-mème leur ait donnée (1) de telle sorte que l'explication des Institutes, sans ètre ordinairement mon objet principal, n'est pourtant jamais négligée.
