Pour finir, les produits cosmétiques peuvent s'avérer à risque avec de nombreux perturbateurs non connus. La santé environnementale est actuellement un des sujets clés afin de comprendre la composition de ces produits et les labels garantissant une sécurité supplémentaire. Les officinaux ont une réelle attente de progression sur ces domaines et sont prêts à aider les patientes pour mieux les conseiller et les orienter.

Les membres de l'équipe officinale sont des interlocuteurs privilégiés étant donné leur proximité et font face à un nombre important de questionnements de la part de cette population. Ce travail de thèse se base sur une enquête réalisée auprès d'officines de pharmacie et destinée aux membres de l'équipe officinale. Elle avait pour objectif de recenser les principales demandes des femmes enceintes au comptoir, d'évaluer le sentiment d'aisance dans la réponse à ces demandes de l'équipe officinale et de connaître les moyens et outils qu'elle utilise pour y répondre. Nous avons recueilli 527 réponses à notre questionnaire, provenant pour 46% de pharmaciens, exerçant principalement dans la région Hauts de France. Il ressort de l'analyse des questionnaires que les demandes des femmes enceintes concernent principalement des conseils sur l'alimentation, le diabète gestationnel, l'automédication mais aussi la prévention des vergetures, thèmes sur lesquels l'équipe officinale apparaît comme compétente. Les items où se sentent le moins à l'aise les membres de l'équipe officinale sont le suivi de l'arrêt de la consommation de drogue, les questions relatives aux maladies génétiques, les examens radiologiques réalisés durant la grossesse, problématiques les moins souvent abordées au comptoir par les femmes enceintes. Cette enquête a également pu mettre en évidence un manque d'outils adaptés à l'utilisation au comptoir dans le domaine du suivi de la femme enceinte. Fort de ces résultats, nous nous sommes proposés de créer des fiches synthèse des principales demandes des femmes enceintes au comptoir afin de pouvoir les rendre accessibles aux membres de l'équipe officinale via l'utilisation d'un site internet en cours de construction.
