Therefore, the journey takes us through those events in Judea to the kings, queens, popes, and emperors of Europe while events are also unfolding in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. The modern world has been largely shaped by the colonial period beginning about 1500 AD. Much attention is given to events since then which are proximate to the world we experience today. World Wars I and II then shaped most of the modern nation states in which we live. The author allows the reader to stand apart and be an observer of the journey of humankind. We have taken many different paths to arrive in the modern world with wonderfully diverse appearances, languages, and traditions, but we are all one family. The author hopes we will embrace our differences and act together as the family we are while shaping the future.

Book excerpt: In Reproductive Labor and Innovation, Jennifer Denbow examines how the push toward technoscientific innovation in contemporary American life often comes at the expense of the care work and reproductive labor that is necessary for society to function. Noting that the gutting of social welfare programs has shifted the burden of solving problems to individuals, Denbow argues that the aggrandizement of innovation and the degradation of reproductive labor are intertwined facets of neoliberalism. She shows that the construction of innovation as a panacea to social ills justifies the accumulation of wealth for corporate innovators and the impoverishment of those feminized and racialized people who do the bulk of reproductive labor. Moreover, even innovative technology aimed at reproduction—such as digital care work platforms and noninvasive prenatal testing—obscure structural injustices and further devalue reproductive labor. By drawing connections between innovation discourse, the rise of neoliberalism, financialized capitalism, and the social and political degradation of reproductive labor, Denbow illustrates what needs to be done to destabilize the overvaluation of innovation and to offer collective support for reproduction.

The book presents the events related to the arrival of the Anunnaki to Earth and the consequences of their mission chronologically according to findings in Mesopotamian texts and ancient books. Various sources, including apocryphal books, reports from ancient historians, scientific research, and archaeological records, supplemented the research. Many riddles were decoded, including who the Anunnaki and the Igigi (watchers, Nephilim) were. Why, when, and how did H. sapiens originate, how did the other species arise, and why did they become extinct? Why and when did the Anunnaki arrive and finally leave Earth? When will the planet Nibiru return to our area in the inner solar system? The results and findings of this research deserve to be known due to the probability that the stories in the Mesopotamian texts really happened. The book's proposals differ from what we have learned in educational institutions about the origin of humanity and invite critical thinking to reflect on the history of the Anunnaki gods. Enthusiastic readers of the extraterrestrial theme will find innovative proposals.
