Il veut ainsi compléter d'autres initiatives provinciales et régionales qui contribuent également à assurer la durabilité et la prospérité à long terme du Nord de l'Ontario. Le présent Plan s'articule autour des six thèmes suivants : l'économie, la population, les communautés, les infrastructures, l'environnement et les peuples autochtones. Le Plan propose pour chaque thème une série de politiques visant à réaliser sa vision.--Document.
