Prendre la mesure des enjeux du patrimoine humain est l'objet de cette recherche collective initiée par le Cercle des DRH européens avec des acteurs du social européen, dirigeants ou syndicalistes, et basée sur les pratiques des entreprises tout en adoptant une approche pluridisciplinaire à la fois philosophique, artistique et économique. Le patrimoine humain nous fournit une boussole en ces temps de crise, et un projet pour une Europe qui a oublié que c'est sur lui qu'elle a construit sa richesse.

This book demonstrates the need for a long-term vision with two goals: reconstructing a social contract based on an entrepreneurial partnership and investing in the ecological transition. This political vision will restore to citizens of the member-states a sense of belonging to a wider community. To attain this, argues Michel Aglietta, one of the most important heterodox economists today, we must strengthen European institutions at the financial and fiscal levels. This involves making the euro a full currency, endowed with democratic legitimacy.

Comment et pourquoi ce type d’entreprises éthiques peut-il être aussi compétitif qu’une entreprise à vocation libérale ?
