Updated as of May 29, 2018 EPA is approving a portion of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of New Mexico for the purpose of addressing the "good neighbor" provisions of the Clean Air Act (CAA) section 110(a)(2)(D)(i) for the 1997 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) and the 1997 PM 2.5 NAAQS.
