Anche in questo caso la capacità di riprogettazione organizzativa, attraverso figure professionali come il C.S.R. Manager, può permettere di coniugare le esigenze di profitto e benessere economico con quelle legate ad aspetti legali, motivazionali e civici, alimentando un circuito virtuoso che lega la fiducia della collettività alla spinta verso la crescita ed il benessere economico.

Il percorso attraverso il quale si perviene alla individuazione delle opzioni sulle quali fondare il vantaggio competitivo di una strategia di business e/o di una strategia complessiva a livello corporate è strettamente associato alla definizione delle azioni più appropriate per realizzare il disegno strategico elaborato. La scelta delle modalità di attuazione è infatti un elemento coessenziale alla definizione degli obiettivi e dei contenuti di una determinata strategia.Una tappa del percorso riguarda le fasi di formalizzazione del processo strategico e più precisamente la formulazione e la valutazione (ex ante e ex post) della strategia; momenti di un processo decisionale che devono essere improntati al rispetto del requisito di creazione di valore.

A social protection system that includes a minimum basic level of protection for workers and citizens can complement new forms of employment. Improved private sector policies to encourage startup activity and competition can help countries compete in the digital age. Governments also need to ensure that firms pay their fair share of taxes, in part to fund this new social contract. The 2019 World Development Report presents an analysis of these issues based upon the available evidence.
