Download or read book Accelerating Automatic written by Tim Wigham and published by AuthorHouse. This book was released on 2020-04-16 with total page 116 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I believe that any competent team can achieve high-performance. With this book I have attempted to map a simple model which I’ve used to help accelerate team-journeys to automatic excellence. I am convinced that any average leader can command respect and champion a cause if they understand how to elevate their influence. This book outlines a “3M” formula which distils the lessons I’ve learned working with elite teams in a dozen countries, numerous industries, and over several decades! For a leader or team to transform from Average to Automatic, a shift is needed in 3 areas: Mindset, Method, and Mood [3M]. Find out what “3M” Means and Master a new reality by applying some of the ideas contained within. Winning sports teams and elite organisations exemplify the 3M formula. Several of these examples are referenced in this book. The connection between each M as it relates to leadership, teamwork, and discipline is also unpacked. Accelerate from where you are today, to where 3M-excellence is Automatic.

Download or read book Living an Inspired Life written by Wayne W. Dyer and published by Hay House. This book was released on 2016-03 with total page 273 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: SELF-HELP & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. Inspiration is for everyone! It isn't reserved for high-profile creative geniuses in the arts and sciences - it's our Divine birthright. In Living an Inspired Life (previously published under the title Inspiration), Dr Wayne W Dyer explains how to connect to the knowledge and understanding that we had in the spirit realm before we chose to incarnate in physical form. From this all knowing place of spirit, we choose our physical body, our parents and the nature of the life we would lead on the earth. We made these choices co-creatively with the Source and now here on earth if we can reconnect to that Source energy it can transform our lives. Living our lives inspired by Source energy is a powerful antidote to the feelings of emptiness that disconnection from our soul creates. As you read each chapter in this book, you'll find specific suggestions for living 'in-Spirit'.

Download or read book Latter Day Political Views written by Jeffrey Carl Fox and published by Lexington Books. This book was released on 2006 with total page 250 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "Latter-Day Political Views is a formal study of the effect of religion and culture on the political worldviews of practicing Mormons from different races and nationalities. Previous studies have focused on Mormons in Utah and found phenomenally high levels of homogeneity in Latter-Day Saints (LDS) political views, so much so that Mormons have been considered a distinct ethnic group. What author Jeffrey C. Fox finds shatters this illusion. Here he illuminates how people with different backgrounds are able to not only reconcile various clashing cultural beliefs with Mormon doctrine but also form their own unique political views that differ systematically by race and political culture. As the church rapidly expands and becomes more racially and culturally diverse, Latter-Day Political Views encourages readers to expand their field of vision and understand the impact of Mormon doctrine on the political thought of all its members."--BOOK JACKET.

Book excerpt: One of my goals for 2016 was to publish a LinkedIn post every week of the year. My original intent was to promote to the oil-and-gas industry how performance coaching helps project teams, while providing nuggets of information about accelerated improvement, inspiring leadership, and innovative collaboration to my LinkedIn network in general. The reality is that I discovered my calling. I found that as the year progressed, I had more ideas, not fewer, about what subject matter to explore next. I found that the words just flowed onto the pages and that I looked forward to publishing something new each week. It was not a chore; it was an indulgence! More importantly, my articles seemed to generate discussion and attract a positive response. This made me realize that there was a demand for what I enjoy offering the communityperformance coaching insights from the front line. This book is the first installment of fifty-two insights, but I intend to publish again and again. My weekly inspiration is unlikely to wane any time soon.
