Book excerpt: Linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNNs) include single-value neutrosophic numbers and linguistic variable numbers, which have been proposed by Fang and Ye. In this paper, we define the linguistic neutrosophic number Einstein sum, linguistic neutrosophic number Einstein product, and linguistic neutrosophic number Einstein exponentiation operations based on the Einstein operation. Then, we analyze some of the relationships between these operations. For LNN aggregation problems, we put forward two kinds of LNN aggregation operators, one is the LNN Einstein weighted average operator and the other is the LNN Einstein geometry (LNNEWG) operator. Then we present a method for solving decision-making problems based on LNNEWA and LNNEWG operators in the linguistic neutrosophic environment. Finally, we apply an example to verify the feasibility of these two methods.

Book excerpt: In order to deal with the indeterminate information and inconsistent information existing common in real decision making problems, an extended Single-valued Neutrosophic Normalized Weighted Bonferroni Mean (SVNNWBM) aggregation operator based on Einstein operations is proposed under single-valued neutrosophic environment. The novel SVNNWBM aggregation operator can not only take into account the interrelationship of the input arguments, but also overcome the shortcomings of unreasonable operations in some cases. Meanwhile, some new operational laws based on Einstein are defined, and some desirable properties of the proposed operator are analyzed. In addition, a decision making method based on the novel operator is given. Finally, to solve multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems, an illustrative example based on the SVNNWBM operator and cosine similarity measure is shown to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.

Single-value neutrosophic numbers (SVNNs) contain the three ranges: truth, indeterminacy, and falsity membership degrees, and are very useful for describing and handling the uncertainties in the day-to-day life situations. In this study, some operations of SVNNs such as sum, product, and scalar multiplication are defined under Frank norm operations and, based on it, some averaging and geometric aggregation operators have been developed. We further establish some of its properties. Moreover, a decision-making method based on the proposed operators is established and illustrated with a numerical example.
