Contiene una cronologia del periodo analizado sobre sucesos relacionados con el tema, un cuadro integral para la mejor comprension de la estructura del Estado en Mexico y, como parte fundamental de este trabajo, se presenta una compilacion del marco juridico vigente internacional, regional, federal y en el Distrito Federal sobre derechos humanos, familia, mujeres y ninez."
