Book Neutrosophic Analysis of the Violation of Rights of People Belonging to Priority Groups in Ecuador using Multicriteria Methods

Download or read book Neutrosophic Analysis of the Violation of Rights of People Belonging to Priority Groups in Ecuador using Multicriteria Methods written by Diego Fabricio Tixi Torres and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on 2022-12-01 with total page 12 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The recognition of rights associated with members of society with special characteristics is a reality in the management of governments at a global level. Making these rights effective and respected is a permanent task for the states, among which is Ecuador. That is why the objective of this research is to identify the main factors that affect the violation of the rights of priority attention groups in Ecuador. To meet the proposed objective, methods such as PESTEL analysis, Pareto's technique, Promethee, and TOPSIS were used. As a result, the factors that favor the violation of rights in each area analyzed were identified. Once the most important ones were found, actions were proposed based on them, and the most appropriate actions to mitigate them were obtained.

Book Neutrosophic Analysis of the Right to Housing

Download or read book Neutrosophic Analysis of the Right to Housing written by Jairo Mauricio Puetate Paucar and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on 2022-12-01 with total page 12 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The right to housing leads to the integration of the human being into the family and sets the basis for integrating economic, social, and cultural participation. It is established and recognized in national and international regulations and public policies on the protection of Human Rights and the right to an adequate and dignified standard of living. The violation of the right to housing puts at risk the right of the human being to make a family, to health, to physical and mental integrity. Housing is essential for survival and the achievement of a life with security and comfort. From the current state, it is necessary and opportune to evaluate the legal system to determine the factors that cause deficiencies in the legal system and visualize the State's solutions to decent housing through public policies. For this, the modeling of Saaty's AHP and Neutrosophic TOPSIS methods were used. As a result, it is proposed to develop a necessary public policy and support low-income families to achieve a decent home.

Book Neutrosophic Sets and Systems vol 52 2022

Download or read book Neutrosophic Sets and Systems vol 52 2022 written by Florentin Smarandache and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on 2022-11-01 with total page 420 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: “Neutrosophic Sets and Systems” has been created for publications on advanced studies in neutrosophy, neutrosophic set, neutrosophic logic, neutrosophic probability, neutrosophic statistics that started in 1995 and their applications in any field, such as the neutrosophic structures developed in algebra, geometry, topology, etc. Neutrosophy is a new branch of philosophy that studies the origin, nature, and scope of neutralities, as well as their interactions with different ideational spectra. This theory considers every notion or idea together with its opposite or negation and with their spectrum of neutralities in between them (i.e. notions or ideas supporting neither nor ). The and ideas together are referred to as . Neutrosophy is a generalization of Hegel's dialectics (the last one is based on and only). According to this theory every idea tends to be neutralized and balanced by and ideas - as a state of equilibrium. In a classical way , , are disjoint two by two. But, since in many cases the borders between notions are vague, imprecise, Sorites, it is possible that , , (and of course) have common parts two by two, or even all three of them as well. Neutrosophic Set and Neutrosophic Logic are generalizations of the fuzzy set and respectively fuzzy logic (especially of intuitionistic fuzzy set and respectively intuitionistic fuzzy logic).

Download or read book Use of the neutrosophic IADOV technique to diagnose the real state of citizen participation and social control exercised by young people in Ecuador written by Alexandra Andino Herrera and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 5 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The rights of individuals, as well as the exercise of those rights, are fundamental in the development of any society, which is why the current Constitution opened a field of action for citizen participation, based on the precept that sovereignty lies in the people and whose will is the basis of the authority exercised through the organs of public power and the democratic means provided for. The field study and specifically the survey revealed that the young people of the province are unaware not only of their rights as citizens, but also of the existence of mechanisms for citizen participation, such as the empty chair. With the purpose of diagnosing the real state of citizen participation and social control exercised by young people in Ecuador, survey instruments were applied that evaluated through a complex methodology that integrates the IADOV method and the neutrosophic logic, the transcendence of the reversal of the burden of proof over the non-existence of untimely dismissal in Ecuador.

Book Multicriteria Analysis of the Violation of the Right to Education in Young People

Download or read book Multicriteria Analysis of the Violation of the Right to Education in Young People written by Jairo Mauricio Puetate Paucar and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on 2020-11-01 with total page 11 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The right to education has been violated by the extinction of alimony for young people who have reached 21 years of age and are in higher education. So this research is aimed at the problem in order to raise a proposal that makes a solution viable. The research line applied in the realization of this paper is “Challenges, Perspectives and Improvement of Legal Sciences in Ecuador”. The results that are pursued with this investigation is promote good compliance with the constitutional norms of Ecuador and avoid the violation of human rights. For this, the technique known as neutrosophic AHP was applied. This is a variant of the numerical AHP designed by Saaty, which by incorporating the neutrosophic sets, the uncertainty of decision-making is taken into account, in addition to the calculation with linguistic terms and the inclusion of indeterminacy. This technique will be applied to choose between two alternatives: the convenience or not of maintaining alimony in active students over the age of 21. This analysis is complicated due to the variables to be analyzed, which is why the versatility of the chosen mathematical technique is validated.

Book Neutrosophic Analysis of the Facultative Vote in the Electoral Process of Ecuador

Download or read book Neutrosophic Analysis of the Facultative Vote in the Electoral Process of Ecuador written by Alexandra Dolores Molina Manzano and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on 2020-11-01 with total page 6 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Youth participation in the country's electoral processes has a great impact on Ecuadorian political life. Analyzing the incidence of the facultative vote and the responsibility that the use of the right implies in electoral democracy, constitutes an important task to guarantee citizen rights. These elements can be analyzed in the scientific literature through statistical studies. The present research aims to carry out an analysis of the incidence of the facultative vote of young people between 16 and 18 years old in the electoral process of Ecuador. To model the uncertainty in the proposed analysis, the neutrosophic statistics are used to include in the study the uncertainty about the fluctuation of the youth population and the invalid votes.

Book Sustainability as a Multi criteria Concept

Download or read book Sustainability as a Multi criteria Concept written by Luis Diaz-Balteiro and published by MDPI. This book was released on 2020-11-23 with total page 206 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Sustainability is a fairly old concept, born in the 18th century in the field of forestry, within a mono-functionality perspective. The concept has considerably evolved in the last few years towards a multi-functionality context, with applications reported in practically all areas of economic interest. On the other hand, modern sustainability is a complex problem, for two reasons: a) The multiplicity of functions of a very different nature involved in the process and b) The manner in which different segments of the society or stakeholders perceive the relative importance of these functions. For the above reasons, a realistic approach for dealing with the sustainability issue requires taking into consideration multiple criteria of different nature (economic, environmental and social), and in many cases within a participatory decision making framework. This book presents a collection of papers, dealing with different theoretical and applied issues of sustainability, with the help of a modern multi-criteria decision-making theory, with a single as well as several stakeholders involved in the decision-making process. Hopefully, this material will encourage academics and practitioners to alter their research in this hot and vital topic. After all, the sustainable management of the environment and its embedded resources is one of the most important, if not the major challenge of the 21st century.

Book excerpt: Praise for the first edition: 'This book should be of interest to anyone interested in sustainable development, and especially sustainability indicators. Bell and Morse easily succeed in exposing the fundamental paradoxes of these concepts and, more importantly, they offer us a way forward. Readers ... will find their practical recommendations for those attempting to do sustainability analysis in the field most welcome, which is also the book's greatest strength.' Local Environment: The International Journal of Justice and Sustainability 'This book makes a valuable contribution to the theory and practice of using indicators for sustainability. It introduces systems ideas and a range of tools and techniques that have the potential to broaden and deepen our understanding of a whole range of complex situations. Well worth a closer look.' Christine Blackmore, Open University 'This is a book that explores new ways of thinking about how to measure sustainability... It offers stimulating food for thought for environmental educators and researchers.' Environmental Education Research 'This book tells me, as an SI 'practitioner', where I have been and why, and more importantly how I should be thinking in order to effectively present to and empower the local community in the years ahead.' David Ellis, Principal Pollution Monitoring Officer, Norwich City Council 'A practical guide to the development of sustainability indicators which offers a systemic and participative way to use them at local scale. Our preliminary results are highly positive and the approach is applicable in many contexts.' Elisabeth Coudert, Programme Officer Prospective and Regional Development, Blue Plan The groundbreaking first edition of Sustainability Indicators reviewed the development and value of sustainability indicators and discussed the advantage of taking a holistic and qualitative approach rather than focusing on strictly quantitative measures. In the new edition the authors bring the literature up to date and show that the basic requirement for a systemic approach is now well grounded in the evidence. They examine the origins and development of Systemic Sustainability Analysis (SSA) as a theoretical approach to sustainability which has been developed in practice in a number of countries on an array of projects since the first edition. They look at how SSA has evolved into the practical approaches of Systemic Prospective Sustainability Analysis (SPSA) and IMAGINE, and, in particular, how a wide range of participatory methodologies have been adopted over the years. They also provide an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of projects that undertake work in the general field of sustainable development.

Book Long run behavior of interval neutrosophic Markov chain

Download or read book Long run behavior of interval neutrosophic Markov chain written by D. Nagarajan and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 18 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: As the world is a competitive one, prediction of the future trend is an important task for the survival of any organization. There are many statistical and technical methods available for doing this task and this can be done in an optimized way using Markov chain with time series where random changes are allowed. Markov chains are an essential technique in random process underlying the Markov property [1]. Longrun behavior is the behavior of the system where each and every input can be different and the free entry is unconditional. In addition, the cost of this behavior is the minimum of short run behavior.

Book Introduction to Neutrosophic Statistics

Download or read book Introduction to Neutrosophic Statistics written by Florentin Smarandache and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on 2014 with total page 125 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Neutrosophic Statistics means statistical analysis of population or sample that has indeterminate (imprecise, ambiguous, vague, incomplete, unknown) data. For example, the population or sample size might not be exactly determinate because of some individuals that partially belong to the population or sample, and partially they do not belong, or individuals whose appurtenance is completely unknown. Also, there are population or sample individuals whose data could be indeterminate. In this book, we develop the 1995 notion of neutrosophic statistics. We present various practical examples. It is possible to define the neutrosophic statistics in many ways, because there are various types of indeterminacies, depending on the problem to solve.
