Con este trabajo queremos cumplir una aproximación al tema, pues mucho camino queda por recorrer, al menos mostrar cómo, de alguna forma, los cultores de lo jurídico y por supuesto la Administración de Justicia vivimos de espaldas a los aportes que otras disciplinas hacen al conocimiento del ser humano y su comportamiento. No se trata de un nuevo naturalismo ni de una recidiva en la antropología positiva lombrosiana, por el contrario, nos movemos en el más puro humanismo, aquel sugerido por los artículos 1 y 70 de nuestra Carta Política.
